FOR BUILDING TESTING SERVICES IN THE ATLANTA AREA:

If you're not satisfied that I'm going to give you seriously helpful, accurate information during a diagnostic investigation, you're free to say so prior to our debriefing at the conclusion of my site visit. I'll keep the findings to myself, and you can keep my fee. This has never happened, but I like to make sure my clients know they'll be taken seriously and taken care of.

For Training Products:

ONLINE COURSES & PRACTICE TESTS: If you don't enjoy my online training materials, you may request a complete refund via email within 14 days of purchase.

HOME PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSTICS BOOK: If you don't love my book so much you want to marry it, you may return it for a complete refund of the purchase price (shipping not included) within 30 days of purchase.

APT REPORTS: If you don't love my software tool, you must call me directly at 773-398-5288 within 14 days of purchase, to share what about the software tool did not meet your expectations, for a complete refund of the purchase price.

For Live Trainings:

If you're not completely satisfied that a live training with me is worth every penny, we'll give you a complete refund. You must have attended the training in question and paid in full beforehand. During a multi-day training, the refund must be requested at the end of the first full day. During a full-day training, the refund must be requested at the beginning of the lunch break. During a half-day or evening training, the refund must be requested at the beginning of the halfway-point break.

Our Cancellation Policy (no-shows)

Once your seat in a workshop has been reserved and we have denied others that seat, your registration fee is not refundable without attending class. Your fee, may, however, be applied as a credit toward any training in the future, should emergency circumstances keep you from attending your originally registered workshop AND you alert us to your circumstances prior to the beginning of the event. No-shows forfeit their registration fee entirely.
