VIDEO COACHING
For those who aren't in Atlanta, it's still quite simple! Request an appointment time, pay the coaching fee ($200/hour) for the amount of time you'd like to spend (there's a 1 hour minimum, which you can break into pieces if you like). Your coaching session will be recorded if you wish, and sent to you for unlimited future reference.
I can also serve as an out-of-town expert if you need some backup on an especially thorny project (either the building or the client). I myself often notice the hometown syndrome- "a prophet is not without honor, except at home with family."

I have been a HERS Rater and Quality Assurance uber-Rater, a BPI Superproctor, an ENERGY STAR Homes Verifier, and a Passive House Rater; I've run state associations, served as a commissioning authority for affordable housing projects, and trained pros to become Duct & Envelope Testing (DET) Verifiers, HERS Raters and Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified contractors.
