VITALS CHECKUP package ($1000+)

In this 3-hour visit, building science expert Corbett Lunsford will test the vital components of the two central systems of your home: the Enclosure (airsealing and insulation) and the Engines (HVAC, exhaust fans, etc). This mid-grade package includes unlimited phone support, and is for the homeowner who doesn't want or need the Comprehensive package, but wants more serious diagnostics than the Simple package offers.

FULL VISUAL HOME INSPECTION

We'll use our experience in hundreds of homes to inform what might be going on behind your walls and ceilings, inside your heating and cooling equipment, and in the geometry of your unique home through all the past home improvements, renovations, and additions.

vital DIAGNOSTICS

Blower door testing of the entire home is included, as well as zonal pressure testing and infrared thermal photography. One HVAC system will be tested for static pressure, airflow and safety, and all exhaust fans will be tested. Each additional HVAC system or gas water heater adds $100.
